Mammal Detectives

On Saturday 9 June at 10am-1pm we’ll be exploring Wytham Woods looking for signs of badgers, deer and small mammals, and with the help of researchers from Oxford University, we’ll be finding out more about what goes on in the woods.

Who is this event suitable for?
Families with older children welcome (7+years) as the activities are not suitable for really young children.

What to bring: Please bring a picnic lunch if you would like to stay after the walk.

What to wear: Please come dressed for the weather wearing sturdy footwear.

Directions: Take the turning next to the White Hart and then take the road on the right marked ‘private road’. Keep going up the hill, taking care to look out for walkers, until you reach the car park on the left.
